[PyQt] Missing doc files?

I have PyQt-Py2.6-gpl-4.7.4-1 and was browsing the class documentation and
came across references to the following:

GUI Design Handbook: Radio Button and
Group Box Example

but when I attempt to follow either link, I get "webpage not found".

I looked in c:/Python26/Lib/site-packages/PyQt4/doc/html and the files are
not there (obviously :-)).

Any idea where I can access these extra files (and any others that may be
missing from the distrib? :-))
