<p class=MsoNormal>I am having trouble getting the ROPE plugin to work for
python. I install the plugin and it says that it is active on the plugin status
page and the Refactoring option appears on the menu. However, this is greyed
out and stays that way. I am sure I am missing something simple but I have no
