[Eric] eric4 problem on Vista: pythonw.exe has stopped working

Hi,

I can't reproduce the issue on my Windows systems (Win 7 and XP). Please try 
to install PyQt4, sip, ... from sources to make sure, the issue is not related 
to the PyQt4 installer.

If you want to get rid of the DOS window, simply create a link to eric4.pyw on 
your desktop.
