Both. If I delete the directory eric doesn't remember the project and now it 
also stops at the breakpoints where it didn't stop earlier. 

If you still have problems with the breakpoints it could perhaps be 
interesting to just rename the directory and take a look what is causing the 
breakpoint trouble.
