[Eric] how to enable PluginAssistantEric?

Thanks. I dont know how it became deactivated, I don't think I did it, at
least intentionally. I tried activating it by double clicking on the entry
and selecting the "active" checkbox, which did not repond to events. I was
able to activate it using the context menu.
