[Eric] First time startup

during the first time starup, the eric4 will tell me this is the first time
i run eric4.
my question is how to make it apear again?

 i want to clean all the configuration of eric4,
so i delete the folder home\_eric4, but the startup don't tell me this is
the first time any more.

the platform is win32 (vista)
