Heh... Just about a year ago I asked about emacs key bindings, and here
I am again a year later, trying to learn Eric4 again and I'm wondering
if the situation has changed.

Emacs bindings are pretty much a firm requirement for me, so I'm willing
to invest /some/ work on this. As I understand it:

    * There is an import-keyboard-shortcut function, so if someone has
already done it I could just do that. It isn't a "theme" but it
      is better than nothing.
    * If I have to do it myself, I'd rather edit a file than do it one
key at a time using the GUI. Where do I look for the keyboard
      config file?
    * Maybe there is a way to just /use/ emacs? Sure, I won't get the
cool qscintilla stuff, but python-mode isn't that bad.
Suggestions on how I would go about that?

Anyway, I really want to use Eric4 this time around because I'm starting
up a big Python project and I'd like to use modern tools.
