[Eric] eric4-4.1.0 (r1855) strange behavior

I am new to Eric and have installed PyQt v4.3.3 on Windows XP which was 
running fine so far. Then I updated to eric4 - 4.1.0 (r1855) and was no 
longer able to edit source code - getting a warning dialog:

QAction::eventFilter: Ambiguous shortcut overload: D

After rebooting the Windows XP this strange behaviour disappeared - at 
least at a first sight.

Today I started editing some test code with PythonWin and decided to 
continue working with Eric4 after a while. But this was not possible 
because the warning dialog appeared again and I was not able to type 
anything else than spaces.

Stopped Eric and looked into TaskManager's process list ... there was no 
python running at all - started Eric again - same problem.

After rebooting Windows I could edit the code again.

Any idea?
